YOGA

Yoga Registration is Now Open!

We are pleased to welcome our new yoga instructor, Laura McLoughlin, for the winter yoga session. Laura brings over 10 years of expertise, knowledge, and passion for helping others, specializing in arthritis, stress relief, flexibility, and meditation. Her yoga sequences are Hatha-based and carefully designed to promote correct posture and proper alignment for both golfers and non-golfers.
 

Yoga Program Structure

  • The program runs for one (1) month.
  • Registrants must sign up on the member app before the start date.
  • Sign-up is first come, first served 
  • The program requires a minimum of five (5) people to run
  • Classes take place in a designated room on the upper level of the clubhouse. A sign will be placed on a weekly basis at the side entrance of the pro shop and outside of the designated room.
 
All participants must pay upfront for the entire session.
 

Yoga Price Structure:

 Golf and Fitness Members:
$144.00 plus HST for 6 classes
 
House Privileges:
$162.00 plus HST for 6 classes
 

Yoga Schedule:

 Tuesdays: 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm
February 25, March 4, 18, 25, April 1, 8
