Operation of the pool and pool enclosure is under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer. Swimming lessons and aquafit programs are managed by the Fitness and Health Director. All rules and regulations are strictly enforced and any deviance from them will result in suspension of privileges.

Membership Categories
Adult Pool Member
Any Senior, Social or registered House member.
Children Pool Member
Children of members may be pool members at no charge.
Guests
A pool member may introduce a maximum of 3 guests at any one time, unless prior approval has been granted. A guest may not be introduced to the pool more than 12 times during the year and not more than 4 times in any month. All members and guests must sign the attendance log located in the pool area.
Pre-teen and Teen Restrictions
Pre-teens
Any child under 13 years of age shall not be allowed in the swimming pool area unless accompanied by an adult, regardless of the child's swimming ability. The parent or member responsible must be in the pool with the child or on the pool deck while the child is swimming in the pool.
Teens
Teens under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is 18 years of age or older, or they must have written parental approval to swim unsupervised.
It is strongly recommended that all swimmers avoid swimming in the pool on their own, if possible, as the pool is unsupervised.
Note: The Club does not assume any responsibility for damages resulting from injuries incurred in any manner whatsoever from the use of the pool or the pool enclosure area.
The pool is not supervised by a registered lifeguard. Members and guests swim at their own risk.
Rules and Regulations
Club Management is responsible for the safety and utilization of the pool and pool area.
Management has complete authority within the pool enclosure and will report any person who is breaking a rule or misbehaving.
Strict adherence to all rules must be observed. Unnecessary noise or running in the pool or pool enclosure will not be tolerated. Failure to comply will result in a suspension of pool privileges.
General Rules
The following pool rules govern conduct in the pool enclosure.

Before using the pool, each person must take a shower.

The use of the pool will be denied to anyone having a contagious disease, open cut(s), sores, skin infection or severe sunburn.

Adult members and adult guests have priority for the use of the seating facilities in the pool enclosure. These may not be reserved or held while swimming by leaving personal belongings on them.

Persons in pool attire must remain on the lower level of the clubhouse.

Adults not in swimming attire may sit on the pool deck while watching their children. Shoes of any kind are not permitted on the pool deck.

All accidents, no matter how minor, are to be reported immediately to the Director of Golf or his designate.

Running in the pool enclosure is forbidden.

Changing is permitted in designated change rooms only.

Proper swimsuits must be worn at all times. Cut-offs or jeans, or similar, are not permitted.

No person will pollute the water in the pool in any manner.

Food or beverage, china, glass or glass containers of any kind are not permitted in the pool enclosure. This applies to lotions, creams, etc. in containers of glass or shatterable plastic.

Radios are not permitted in the pool enclosure except for scheduled aquafit classes.
