
Konrad graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2016 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Environmental Studies. He has ten plus years of experience as a personal trainer, group training, nutritionist, and kickboxing coach. He is certified as a personal trainer and nutritionist with ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association).

Introductory Packages:
1-hour Personal Training: $100.00 plus HST
5 hours of Personal Training: $475.00 plus HST
10 hours of Personal Training: $900.00 plus HST
Weight Program:
$125.00 plus HST
(includes writing up an exercise program for the client, followed by a 1-hour consultation)
In Home Personal Training:
Starting from $120.00 plus HST per hour
1-hour Semi-Private/Group Training Session:
$130.00 plus HST
(includes 2 – 3 people together)
