Valley Grill Features

Our new Valley Grill menu launches this week. We invite you to try one of the offerings from our new menu. Our feature menu will resume next week. 

 


Wine Storage Program 

The Club recently created a small wine cellar adjacent the Members' Lounge. This creates an opportunity for Members to store some wine at the Club using our Wine Cabinet near the entrance to the Valley Grill. Many members enjoy the BYOW (Bring Your Own Wine) program when dining at the Club. With limited storage available, we will assess the demand to store wine onsite. Members may store four bottles of wine in the cabinet at this time. We will inventory the wine, and when dining at the Club, members can request their wine for service. 
 
Wine Storage Procedures:
 

  • Drop off wines with the Manager on duty in the Valley Grill

  • Wines are inventoried 

  • Cabinets are locked

  • Request wines for service when dining

  • Your inventory will be adjusted as wines are used

Please email Michael Binns, Food & Beverage Manager, to put your name on the list. If demand is high, we will prioritize storage space by lottery. You will be contacted if space is available for your wine and notified of wine drop-off.
